Hello Hashers!

The Warsaw Hash was formed in 1983, by Alan ‘Iceman‘ Elliott as GM (now retired in Australia) and
Noel Salmon (whereabouts unknown).

We currently run on alternate Saturdays and there have now been over 1,500 regular ‘runs’ and, in
addition, many special events (e.g. the annual ski trip), away weekends and celebrations marking key
milestones.

On the weekend of 15-17 September 2023, Warsaw H3 will be celebrating 40 years of Hashing in
Warsaw, Poland. This event will have 3 runs, an evening dinner, a party and a hangover run. We will
see many participants returning to Warsaw for the first time in many years. They will not believe the
changes that have occurred in this wonderful city!

We look forward to welcoming old-time Warsaw Hashers, as well as those who have never been to
Poland before. I hope that we can do justice to our celebrations and that you all have a great time!
